Jealousy is unspoken desire.
Jealousy shows us what we want.
Jealousy is a map.
Comparison is just lazy jealousy.
When you’re comparing, you’re being jealous, but you won’t just own it. Like the teachings of yoga, the light you see in others is of course the light you see in yourself.
If you see something in someone else that you feel a desire around, just acknowledge it!
You can even take it a step further and get curious about your jealousy. Make a list of the people you’re jealous of. Ask yourself, why I’m a jealous of these people? What is it that I desire here?
Tell us in the comments,
who are you jealous of?
