When you’re in any type of panicked state, you’ve got to first chill and then choose what’s next.

There’s always an option A and an option B, sometimes there’s even options C, D and E. How do you choose? How do you know where to focus with so much coming at you?

You have choice points throughout the day. There are even choice points throughout your life. You have to pause and ask yourself, “how can I handle this?”

You have to make it a practice to just chill and then choose.
