We all have stories about what hard work means to us. Stories like:
“I need to work hard because things aren’t just going to fall into my lap.”
“If I want to be successful in my life, then there are things that I’m going to have to work hard for.”
For many women, especially purpose driven female entrepreneurs, hard work is something they’ve always assumed they would just have to do.
For my coaching client Deven, her story was, “If I work hard, then I will be successful.”

But then during our session, she came to me saying, “I don’t want to work so hard! I want to work smarter. I want to work more efficiently.”
What Deven wants is ease. She doesn’t want to be as stressed out. She wants to be successful, but she doesn’t want to feel tension,that stickiness of stress.
So, we transitioned into a conversation about time management. She doesn’t necessarily need to wake up at 6:00 AM, make calls, meditate, and on and on and on.
You don’t need to have a crazy busy day to get shit done!
